Cutoff for approvals is 3pm (Central Time) Monday through Friday. All Orders received after 12pm (Central Time) may not be entered until the next business day.

Production times shown reflect current averages and are not guaranteed. To guarantee a specific production timeline of 5 business days or fewer, a rush fee is required. Rush fees include a flat fee plus an additional per-piece, per-location charge, based on the guaranteed timeline selected. All rush timelines begin after proof approval and payment, not the date the order is placed. Rush availability is subject to current production capacity and must be confirmed with your sales representative. For full rush pricing details, please refer to our Pricing Guide.

Artwork, payment, and merchandise (received) must be complete prior to being put on the production schedule. Each Job must be written as a Separate Purchase Order. Orders that require multiple imprint methods could take up to 10 business days for production. Larger quantity orders may take longer than standard production times. All merchandise must be here 3 business days before the order is printed. Add 1 additional day of production for each day past this deadline.
