These numbers reflect actual production time from art approval, payment, and apparel received to job complete. Turnaround can vary based on order size, complexity, and rush volume. Your sales rep is happy to confirm timing on any order, just ask.
Our averages run to a decimal, but a partial day on the floor is still a day. The planner rounds up, so a 6.1 day average is planned as 7 business days. That builds a small cushion into every date we give you.
