Privacy Policy

Hightech Grafix is a contract decorator. We sell to promotional products distributors and resellers only, never to the end consumer. This policy explains what we collect at hightechgrafix.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Account information. When you register for a contract account or the Client Portal, we collect your name, company name, business email, business phone, billing and shipping addresses, and your login credentials. If you place orders, we also hold your order history, artwork files, proofs, and shipping records.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Site usage. Like most websites, we automatically collect technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring site, and time of visit. On its own this does not identify you by name.
WHY WE COLLECT IT
To run your account and your orders. That means proofs, art questions, production updates, tracking, invoices, and support.
To send you business communications about pricing, capabilities, and programs relevant to contract decorating.
To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not trade it.
We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business: our website host, email platform, payment processor, shipping carriers, blank goods suppliers when an order ships direct, and our accounting and analytics tools. Each of them gets only what they need to do their part.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a sale or merger of the business. If ownership changes, the new owner takes on the commitments in this policy.
YOUR ARTWORK AND YOUR CUSTOMERS
Artwork you send us is used to produce your order and nothing else. We do not display your artwork, your company name, or your customers in our marketing without your written permission. Every box we ship is blind: no decorator name, no supplier name, return address in your company name. If your order ships directly to your customer, we receive that recipient's name and address for the sole purpose of shipping it, and we do not market to them.
COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND ADVERTISING
We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and measure how the site performs. We use Google Analytics to see which pages get used and where visitors come from. We also run advertising on Google and Meta, which place cookies or pixels that let us measure results and show ads to people who have visited the site.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site, including the Client Portal login, may stop working correctly. You can opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link, and we honor it. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages tied to your orders: proofs, art questions, production updates, tracking, and invoices. You need those to run your jobs.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active, and after that for as long as we need them to handle reorders, resolve disputes, and satisfy tax and legal requirements.
SECURITY
Our site and Client Portal run over encrypted connections. Portal access is password protected, and account data is limited to the staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee against every possible breach, but we take it seriously and we will notify you if one affects your information.
YOUR CHOICES
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete information we no longer need to keep, or stop sending you marketing. Email sales@hightechgrafix.com and we will handle it. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights. We apply the choices above to everyone regardless of state.
CHILDREN
This is a business to business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
CHANGES
If we update this policy, the new version is posted here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update.
