A lot of decorators say they're trade-only.
Most of them aren't.
The promotional products industry is full of decorators who claim to be trade-only but quietly sell direct on the side. They take retail orders. They advertise to end buyers. They build their own customer base using the same channels distributors use to find new business every day.
Eventually distributors figure it out, usually the hard way. An end client mentions a decorator by name. A referral comes back with an invoice from the decorator instead of the distributor. Trust breaks and the relationship ends for good.
HTG doesn't work that way, and we never will. Contract-only isn't a marketing position we adopted for this campaign. It's the business model we operate by every single day, and it's the reason our clients trust us with their most important accounts.
