Every order we decorate already ships in plain boxes with plain labels. No decorator name, no supplier name, nothing on those cartons that points anywhere but back to you. That part has never been negotiable.
Now you can take that space and put your own brand in it, at no charge.
WHAT YOU GET
The top of every label is yours.
You get a 3.5" x 3.5" area at the top of every 4" x 6" label we print for you, shipping labels and box info labels alike, and what goes in it is entirely up to you.
Logo. Tagline. Website. Phone number. A thank you line. Anything you want your customer looking at when the box lands on their desk.
The bottom of each label stays as it is. That is the production and shipping data our floor needs to get the order out the door correctly, and it is what keeps box info labels matched to their shipping labels on multi-box orders. The return address has always carried your company, not ours.
WHAT IT COSTS
Nothing. It is included with every order you place with us, one box or a thousand. There is no minimum and no charge.
HOW IT WORKS
Set it once. Then stop thinking about it.
Build your label in the online designer, or upload finished artwork. Either way it takes a few minutes.
1. Log in to the Client Portal and open Custom Labels.
2. Design your 3.5" x 3.5" in our label designer, or upload a PNG or JPG. Labels print one color black on white thermal stock, so color artwork converts automatically and the designer shows you a live preview before you submit it.
3. We review it. Up to one business day, usually a lot faster than that.
4. Once it is approved, every label on every box we ship for you carries it. Every box in the order, every time, until you change it.
CHANGE IT ANY TIME
Run a seasonal label, swap in a new tagline, update a phone number. New artwork goes back through the same quick review, then takes over from there.
Nothing to buy, nothing to schedule. Just build it.
